Ingredients
  

  • 2 small Pizza crust thin crust, or 1 large
  • 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup provolone cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp onion diced
  • 1 cup spinach leaves fresh, torn into small pieces
  • 4 oz feta cheese crumbled

Homemade Alfredo Sauce

  • 2 tbsp butter salted
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions to make Alfredo Sauce

  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat
    2 tbsp butter
  • Add garlic and stir - turn heat to low
    1 tsp garlic
  • Add flour and whisk
    2 tsp flour
  • Add half and half and Parmesan cheese and simmer - whisking constantly
    1 cup half and half, 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Alfredo is "done" when it's creamy - it will quickly thicken!! If it's a little too thick, add a little more half and half (1/4 cup) 

How to make Pizza

  • Preheat oven to 375º
  • Coat pizza crust with alfredo sauce and sprinkle of coarse sea salt. You will likely have a little Alfredo leftover. Put in the fridge and serve over noodles! Loosen with milk after refrigeration. 
    2 small Pizza crust, 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
  • Top Alfredo with provolone, torn spinach leaves, crumbled feta and diced onions. I actually do two layers so I get all the toppings throughout the whole pizza in a thick layer!
    1 cup provolone cheese, 2 tbsp onion, 1 cup spinach leaves, 4 oz feta cheese
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese melts 
  • Turn oven to Low Broil and broil for 3 min until crust and cheese turn golden brown.
