Air Fryer Egg Toast is a quick and delicious air fryer breakfast! It's perfect for those busy mornings when you've got a laundry list of things to do - just pop in the air fryer and keep going!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Line air fryer with parchment paper liners or spray with cooking spray.
  • Butter bread slices and, using a glass, make an indent in the center of the bread. I actually made two indentations with the glass to make enough room for the egg.

  • Place the bread slices into the air fryer basket.
  • Crack the egg into the center of each slice of bread. It is ok if a little egg white goes beyond the indent. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top. (Add a sprinkle of shredded cheese if you’d like!)

  • Air Fry at 320°F for 8 minutes for a runny yolk. If you want a little harder egg yolk you may need to add 1-2 extra minutes cooking time.
  • Remove toast with a spatula and serve with sausage or bacon and a side of fresh fruit or cereal.
