Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb sirloin steak diced into bite-sized pieces (or stew meat)
  • 2 can cream soup 1 mushroom, 1 onion
  • 16 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 16 oz egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions
 

  • OPTIONAL: In a large skillet or Dutch oven, add 2 tbsp olive oil over medium high heat. Add diced steak and brown on all sides. Remove from heat.

  • Place browned meat, cream of mushroom soup, cream of onion soup and sliced mushrooms in the crockpot. Stir mixture together.
    2 can cream soup, 16 oz mushrooms
  • Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
  • About 10-15 minutes before eating, prepare egg noodles according to package instructions.
    16 oz egg noodles
  • Just before serving, add sour cream to crock pot and stir well.
    1/2 cup sour cream
  • Serve over egg noodles. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
