Air Fryer Italian Sausage and Peppers

Air Fryer Italian Sausage and Peppers is a super quick weeknight meal that's ready in just 10 minutes! I like to add onions, peppers and mushrooms when I'm making this too. They all go together and taste great when I make Sausage Sandwiches!

  • Slice peppers, onions and mushrooms
    2 bell peppers, 1 sweet onion, 4 oz mushrooms
  • In a large bowl, add peppers, onions, mushrooms, seasoning salt and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Toss to coat. 
    1 tsp Lawry's seasoning salt, Olive Oil Spray
  • Lay Italian sausage links, peppers, onions and mushrooms in the air fryer basket or on the air fryer tray. 
    4 Italian sausages
  • Air fry at 400º for 10 minutes
  • You can check the temperature of your sausage with a meat thermometer. The internal temperature of the sausages should read between 155-160º. 
  • With tongs, remove veggies and place into buns. Top with cooked sausages and serve with your favorite brown mustard
    4 hot dog buns
