• Cheese Grater
• Microplane
• Instant Pot Omni Pro Air Fryer

Ingredients

• 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
• 1/8 tsp black pepper
• 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Instructions

 

• Add broccoli to a bowl, then add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
  2 cups fresh broccoli florets, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp balsamic vinegar, 1/8 tsp black pepper
• Add the broccoli to the Air Fryer basket, then close and set to 375 degrees for 7 minutes – shaking halfway through.
• Remove, sprinkle with a little fresh Parmesan and enjoy!
