Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2-3 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Cut all broccoli and cauliflower into florets
    2-3 cups broccoli florets, 2-3 cups cauliflower florets
  • In a large bowl add florets, sprinkle with olive oil, salt, pepper and fresh Parmesan cheese
    2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Add 1/4 cup water into bottom of basket - not enough to come up through tray. This will help steam the veggies and not over crisp them.
  • Place broccoli & cauliflower in air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry at 350º for 7 minutes
  • Open basket and shake to toss, sprinkle lightly with additional olive oil and parmesan cheese
  • Air fry an additional 7 minutes
  • Remove and serve with butter and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
