1 bag extra large raw shrimp peeled, deveined, tail off 1/3 cup flour 2 eggs 2 tbsp fresh cilantro diced 2 limes juiced 1 package cilantro lime panko bread crumbs or regular

rinse shrimp and pat dry
1 bag extra large raw shrimp
set up breading stations:
- flour
- egg – cilantro – juice from one lime – mix together with fork
- panko 1/3 cup flour, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, 1 package cilantro lime panko bread crumbs, 2 limes
dredge shrimp in flour
move from flour to egg mixture – be sure to coat all sides so no flour is showing
then move to panko and coat all sides
place in air fryer and spray with olive oil spray
air fry at 350 for 4 minutes
turn shrimp and spray again with olive oil
air fry at 350 for 4 minutes
