Air Fryer Quesadillas

Air Fryer Quesadillas are a super quick and easy weeknight meal or a fun snack anytime! You can have three quesadillas on the table in ten minutes - and everybody can customize theirs so it's exactly what they want.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 tortillas
  • 2 tbsp softened butter
  • 1 cup cooked beef or chicken
  • 3 tbsp salsa
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese

Instructions
 

  • brush tortillas on one side with butter 
  • lay tortillas along side of air fryer (butter side down)
  • spoon cooked ground beef onto half of tortilla 
  • top with salsa, taco seasoning and cheese
  • fold tortilla over and lay a butter knife on top so they stay shut
  • air fry at 350 for 4-5 minutes until cheese melts and tops start to brown
