Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 can Grands Cinnamon Rolls

Instructions

  • Heat griddle on medium – keep the flame low!
  • Sprinkle light coat of oil across griddle
  • You can also use butter or bacon grease for more flavor
  • Open cinnamon roll tube and lay down canned cinnamon rolls across preheated griddle leaving plenty of space between them for pressing
    1 can Grands Cinnamon Rolls
  • Using a heavy spatula or burger press, press cinnamon rolls flat on the first side.
  • Best to lay a sheet of parchment paper on each roll before pressing so they don’t stick. If you don’t have that – just use another griddle spatula to slip off.
  • Heat for 1-2 minutes and flip when golden brown. WATCH CLOSELY as they cook super fast! Cooking times will vary slightly based on the thickness of the cinnamon roll.
  • Heat for 1-2 minutes more until that side is golden brown perfection.
  • Remove cinnamon rolls and drizzle with icing
