Blackstone Tortellini is such a fun dinner that feeds a crowd! Loaded up with your favorite cheesy stuffed pasta and mixed in with smoked sausage, veggies & cheese! This is a meal you'll make over and over!

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz Kielbasa sliced
  • 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
  • 22 ounces refrigerated tortellini
  • 2 cups Spinach fresh, rinsed, torn
  • 10 oz cherry tomatoes halved
  • 3/4 cup creamy Italian dressing
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella diced
  • Fresh basil leaves chiffonade (thinly sliced)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your Blackstone to medium heat (about 350-375º). Lightly oil your griddle top.
  • When griddle is hot, place the kielbasa and mushrooms on one side of the griddle.
    14 oz Kielbasa, 8 oz Mushrooms
  • On the other side, arrange the tortellini. Place them close enough together that they can be covered by a dome. Squirt water onto the tortellini and cover the pasta with a dome.
    22 ounces refrigerated tortellini
  • Cook for 4 minutes. Stir the sausage & mushrooms. Uncover the pasta, toss lightly and add another squirt of water. Feel free to grab a bite of the tortellini to be sure the pasta is the texture you like!
  • Add spinach and tomatoes to the sausage & mushrooms. Cook for another 2 to 4 minutes, until the pasta is lightly browned and the vegetables are tender.
    2 cups Spinach, 10 oz cherry tomatoes
  • Remove the dome and mix pasta into the sausage mixture. Add in mozzarella and Italian dressing and toss to combine.
    3/4 cup creamy Italian dressing, 8 ounces fresh mozzarella
  • Transfer to a bowl and Top with fresh basil and parmesan cheese.
