1 Pound Bob Evans Original Roll Pork Sausage 1/8 cup flour 1 packet brown gravy seasoning 1 tbsp oil 2 Cups milk 1.5 cup beef broth 1/8 tsp coarse sea salt 1/8 tsp black pepper
Crumble and cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until browned.
1 Pound Bob Evans Original Roll Pork Sausage
Remove sausage from pan and set aside.
Add 1 tbsp oil to hot pan. Stir flour and gravy mix into remaining pan and whisk until dissolved.

Gradually stir in milk and beef broth. Whisk until smooth.

Cook gravy until thick and bubbly - stirring frequently.
Add cooked sausage, salt & pepper. Stir to combine.
1/8 tsp coarse sea salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper
Serve hot over buttermilk biscuits.
