  • Crumble and cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until browned.
    1 Pound Bob Evans Original Roll Pork Sausage
  • Remove sausage from pan and set aside.
  • Add 1 tbsp oil to hot pan. Stir flour and gravy mix into remaining pan and whisk until dissolved.
    1/8 cup flour, 1 tbsp oil, 1 packet brown gravy seasoning
  • Gradually stir in milk and beef broth. Whisk until smooth.
    2 Cups milk, 1.5 cup beef broth
  • Cook gravy until thick and bubbly - stirring frequently.
  • Add cooked sausage, salt & pepper. Stir to combine.
    1/8 tsp coarse sea salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • Serve hot over buttermilk biscuits.
