Chicken Salad Chick Barbie Q is a delicious and light version of Chicken Salad Chick! The Barbie-Q is loaded with chicken and is a very creamy chicken salad with just a hint of the sweet hickory BBQ sauce.

  • Use a food processor or Kitchen Aid to shred your chicken. This is the KEY to getting the texture that Chicken Salad has!
  • In a medium bowl, add chicken, mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, onion powder and relish and stir until combined.
    2.5 cups cooked chicken breast, 1/3 cup Duke's mayonnaise, 1/3 cup bbq sauce, 1/8 tsp onion powder, 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • Refrigerate for 1-2 hours in a covered dish.
  • Serve with bread, crackers or on a salad.
