Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 1/2 cup Dukes mayonnaise
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp celery salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp bacon cooked, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp sharp cheddar finely grated
  • 1 tbsp Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tbsp pickled jalapenos minced

Instructions
 

  • Use the paddle attachment on your mixer to shred your chicken. This is the KEY to getting the texture that Chicken Salad has!
    2 cups cooked chicken breast
  • In a large bowl, add the mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, bacon, cheddar, Buffalo sauce, sriracha, ranch seasoning and jalapenos and stir well. Refrigerate for an hour before serving if possible.
    1/2 cup Dukes mayonnaise, 1/8 tsp onion powder, 1/8 tsp celery salt, 1/8 tsp garlic powder, 2 tbsp bacon, 2 tbsp sharp cheddar, 1 tbsp Buffalo wing sauce, 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce, 1 tbsp Ranch seasoning mix, 1 tbsp pickled jalapenos
  • Serve with bread, crackers or on a salad.
