Cold Imitation Crab Dip
This easy cold imitation crab dip is a creamy, no-bake appetizer you can make in just 15 minutes. Made with cream cheese, mayo and flaky imitation crab, it’s the perfect cold crab dip recipe for parties, game day, or a quick snack with crackers or veggies.
In a large bowl, add cream cheese, Colby jack cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dijon mustard, garlic powder, tabasco, chives and salt and pepper. Using a spatula, mix ingredients together.
4 oz whipped cream cheese, 1 cup Colby jack cheese, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 3 dashes hot sauce, 1/8 tsp coarse sea salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp chives
Fold in chopped crab into the cream cheese mixture, cover, and chill for at least 1 hour.
12 ounces imitation crab meat
Garnish with chives and serve with your favorite crackers, chips and vegetables!
