Copycat Gold Star Chili Garlic Parmesan Fries

Gold Star Chili's Garlic Parmesan Fries are SO AMAZING! Seriously - I've worked with Gold Star Chili for a few years and when they introduced these fries - everybody at the dinner was scarfing them down! They're crinkle fries topped with this yummy Garlic Aioli then sprinkled with Parmesan and fresh dill. So good!

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 bag french fries
  • 1 cup Duke's Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp water
  • 3 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill

Instructions
 

  • Bake or air fry french fries according to package directions (air fry - same temp, half time)
  • In battery bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper and water to make garlic aioli.
  • Place in squirt bottle and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • When the fries are ready, squirt aioli over fries.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh dill.
