For Dressing: Mix together all ingredients in mason jar, cover and shake
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup white vinegar, 1/8 cup olive oil, 1 tsp minced garlic, 3 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp crushed rosemary, 2 tsp Greek seasoning, 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
For Salad: Combine ingredients, layering as you go and top with dressing
1 head romaine lettuce, 1 tomato, 1/2 cup feta, 1/4 red onion, 4-5 pepperocinis, 1/3 cup kalamata olives
