  • Spray 9x13” casserole dish with nonstick spray.
  • Grate butter and cheese – it’s best if they are cold – right out of the fridge.
    8 tbsp butter
  • In a large bowl, add all ingredients – setting aside 1/4 cup shredded cheese to put on top and stir mixture.
    30 ounces frozen shredded hash browns, 10¼ oz condensed cream of chicken soup, 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup onion, 2 cups colby cheese , 1 tsp Lawrys seasoning salt, 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 8 tbsp butter
  • Pour potato mixture into casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle reserved cheese on top of the casserole.
  • Bake at 350º for 50 minutes.
