Ingredients

  • 4 6" tortillas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 sausage patty
  • 4 slices pre-cooked bacon
  • 4 slices American cheese

Instructions

  • Spray a small rimmed plate with non-stick spray
    2 large eggs
  • Crack one egg in rimmed plate and using a fork break the yolk slightly. Don’t mix the white & yolk - just break yolk so it won’t explode. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt & pepper.
  • Place plate in microwave for 60-75 seconds.
  • Remove plate from microwave and slice egg in half. Should slide off easily with a spatula. Repeat with other egg.
  • Place sausage patty on plate and microwave for 30 seconds. Slice in half.
    1 sausage patty
  • Split cheese slices in half and place half a slice on each side of open tortillas.
    4 slices American cheese, 4 6" tortillas
  • Lay half sliced egg on one side of each tortilla.
  • Lay half sausage on each of two of the tortillas.
  • Lay two slices pre-cooked bacon on the other two tortillas.
    4 slices pre-cooked bacon
  • Fold all tortillas in half and heat as follows:
  • Cook in Air fryer - 350º for 3 min or Microwave for 30 seconds. Pair with a hot cup of coffee and a side of fresh fruit for a classic breakfast.

Notes

You can make eggs in frying pan or even in air fryer. I’m pretty sure Dunkin Donuts are microwaved if you want to get the proper texture to match them.
You can use fresh bacon and or uncooked sausage and cook as you normally would as well. Again just trying to make them as much like Dunkin as possible.
You can use better American cheese like Land o’Lakes - but they use the plastic wrapped slices.
