Healthy Fajita Chicken Pasta

Preheat the oven to 375º and Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray.
Dice the chicken, onion and peppers.
1.5 lb chicken breast, 1 yellow onion, 2 bell peppers
In a large skillet, over high heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil. When hot, add peppers, onions, garlic, salt & pepper and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
