Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425º
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • In a medium bowl, mix together mayo, ketchup, pickle juice & 1/2 tsp Lawry’s. Stir and set aside.
  • In a skillet, brown ground beef with 1 tsp Lawry’s seasoning salt. Drain and set aside.
  • Lay out naan bread on cookie sheet.
  • Spread thin layer of burger sauce onto naan
  • Top each naan with ground beef, tomatoes, pickles and a sprinkle of cheese.
  • Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted
  • Remove from oven, fold small half over top of larger half and serve!
