Air Fryer Chicken Breasts - Breaded or Not!

Making air fryer chicken breasts are definitely one of my go-to dishes - I've never had a juicier piece of chicken in my life! I have two ways that I make my chicken and I'm sharing BOTH with you today. Breaded and plain marinated - both ways are delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • pinch coarse sea salt
  • 2 tbsp fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

Air Fryer Breaded Chicken Breast

  • Sprinkle chicken with coarse sea salt
  • Brush chicken with Greek yogurt on both sides
  • Lay out panko on a plate and dip chicken breasts into panko on both sides
  • Air fry at 350 for 12-14 minutes depending on size of chicken

Air Fryer Chicken Breast - no breading

  • Marinate chicken however you like or purchase pre-marinated chicken
  • Air fry at 350 for 12-14 minutes depending on size of chicken

Both!

  • Temp check with instant read meat thermometer and remove around 150 degrees
