Panera might be known for bread but I love their salads!!!! This Copycat Panera Greek Salad (with dressing!) recipe is a classic and so delicious – their Greek dressing is also super simple to make! It's under 300 calories and ready in 15 minutes!

Instructions
 

  • For Dressing: Mix together all ingredients in mason jar, cover and shake 
    1/3 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup white vinegar, 1/8 cup olive oil, 1 tsp minced garlic, 3 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp crushed rosemary, 2 tsp Greek seasoning, 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
  • For Salad: Combine ingredients, layering as you go and top with dressing  
    1 head romaine lettuce, 1 tomato, 1/2 cup feta, 1/4 red onion, 4-5 pepperocinis, 1/3 cup kalamata olives
