Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 cup White rice uncooked
  • 1 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 14.5 oz Beef stock canned
  • 10.5 oz French onion soup canned
  • 1/8 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp Parsley fresh, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a medium sauce pan (or a large skillet with high sides) over medium heat.

  • Add uncooked rice and stir until the rice is browned (about 4-6 minutes).
    1.5 cup White rice
  • Add onion, chili powder & paprika. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
    1 tbsp dried minced onion, 1/2 tsp Chili powder, 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • Pour in the beef stock and French onion soup and bring the mixture to a boil.
    14.5 oz Beef stock, 10.5 oz French onion soup
  • Then reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 22-25 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed. Turn off the heat and let the rice sit for 5 minutes cover to finish cooking.
  • Then uncover. Stir in red pepper flakes and parsley and fluff with a fork and serve. Add salt & pepper to taste.this is the first one
