Ingredients

  • 4 street taco sized flour tortillas
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp Lawrys Seasoning Salt
  • 1/2 small onion minced
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 4 slices American Cheese
  • 2 pickle slices
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Divide the ground beef into 2 half-pound portions and sprinkle each with Lawry’s.
1 lb ground beef, 1 tsp Lawrys Seasoning Salt
  • In a small bowl, mix together ketchup and mayonnaise and spread mixture on 2 of the 4 tortillas.
2 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Preheat the Blackstone grill to medium heat.
  • When hot, squirt oil on the grill and add the onions. Sauté for 2-3 minutes and move to one side of griddle.
    1/2 small onion
  • Add the burger patties and bacon slices to the grill. Cook for about 2 minutes on one side. Turn onions.
    2 slices bacon
  • With the long Blackstone spatula, scrape underneath the patties to loosen the beef and then flip each patty. Add cooked onions to the cooked side of the patty. Top onions with 2 slices of American cheese. Finally - top with sauced tortilla. Let each burger cook for another 2 minutes. Flip bacon slices as well.
4 slices American Cheese, 4 street taco sized flour tortillas
  • Flip burgers so tortilla is now on bottom. Top with bacon and pickle slices. Top with remaining sauce-free tortillas.
    2 pickle slices
  • Flip burgers again so 2nd (fresh) tortilla cooks for 30-60 seconds. You might need to hold the burgers a bit when you flip as they're pretty full!
  • Turn the heat off on the grill. Remove burgers from Blackstone and serve!
