@hiddenvalleyorchards is my new fav weekend destination! There is so much to see, EAT and do!!! Let me run down the list:
🥮 BIG BARN BUNS - available for $7 Thurs-Sun - seasonal flavors! I tried the Lemon Blueberry & Raspberry Cookie Butter - WOW! So soft and tasty and HUGE!!!!
🍩 Bakery Specials - the bakery inside is so cute and they have weekend specials!
🛍️ Shop - they have everything you could think of in their shop - local honey, jams, salsa (black bean & corn!! I can never find it), mixes, aprons, cooking gear and more!
🥂 Sparkling Cider - you can get apple cider but now they have Sparkling Cider! It was very tasty!
🍻 Bar - they have a full service bar - we got a Thelma & Louise which was the cider mixed with Blackberry Wine - I could put that down daily!
🤸🏻♂️ Play Areas - they have so many play areas for kids (and adults) - there is most definitely something for all ages
🌳 Gardens - they are just getting started but it’s so beautiful outside
🔥Firepits & Benches - if you just want to have a drink with friends and enjoy the outdoors - this is a great destination! We’ve played Singo outside as well!
🏞️ Walk to the Waterfall - there’s a short walk to a pretty waterfall
🐮 Animals - they have a bunch of baby animals and you can even sign up for bottle feedings! I decided I now need a baby lamb!
🍔 Restaurants - they have 3 kitchens on site - so no matter which way you go - you’re going to find something good to eat (that burger was soooo good!)
I’m already planning on stopping back Sunday for more of those Big Barn Buns - but go early before they run out! Oh and they make fresh peanut butter on site!
Hidden Valley Orchards in Lebanon is worth the drive - thanks to HVO for letting me sample all the goodies and take home a few more! (The salsa is half gone already!)

We took a taxi from the port to the market - it was a 10 minute ride. DONT WALK. The market was very "rustic" but we definitely felt safe (only mentioning cuz it`s been #1 question). One lady on the airport bus looked at me like I had 5 heads when I was telling her about the excursion. I was safe and the food was DELICIOUS!
My girl @taniamartinezcamacho was the best host and chef - she made so much food and was so sweet. She even sent us the recipes after it was over!

I did a SOLO CRUISE on the @norwegiancruiseline Joy out of Port Canaveral to Cozumel! Here are my quick thoughts:
- SO MUCH FUN! This was my first solo cruise and I loved it!!!
- EARL! He was on the entertainment team and led the solo cruiser group and was a great friend on the cruise and made all of us feel like our own little family!
- Food - I ate my face off! Le Bistro was the best by far! Splurge for it!
- Great Balance - you could party and dance when you wanted to and then chill when you wanted to - there was plenty of room to do both!
- Cozumel - wait til you see the excursion I did! (coming soon)
- Vibe Beach Pass - worth it on sunny days - no chair hogs and great staff
- Entertainment - meh the shows were like American Idol on a bad night
All in all - would I solo cruise again? YES!
Would I cruise Norwegian again? YES!!!
I like Norwegian - Carnival was too much party. Celebrity was too old. Norwegian was just right - and they have the solo cabins so you don`t have to pay double occupancy!

Friends of Food Hussy know - my nails are important to me. I started because I used to pick at my nails but my hands are in my pictures and videos as I`m cooking.
