– 4 russet baking potatoes
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tsp coarse sea salt
Preheat Traeger to 300º F.
Poke each potato a few times with a paring knife.
Rub olive oil over the entire potato.
Season all sides with coarse sea salt.
Place the seasoned potatoes onto the Traeger grill grates and smoke for about 90 minutes, or until soft and fork-tender.
Serve with your favorite toppings like butter, sour cream and a sprinkle of chives or parsley.
