ingredients: – 6 tbsp salted butter softened – 3/4 cup light brown sugar – 3/4 cup granulated sugar – 2 large eggs – 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract – 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour – 1 tsp baking soda – 3/4 tsp salt – 3/4 tsp cinnamon – 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats – 1 cup raisins

Add butter and sugars to a large bowl, then cream together using an electric mixer.

Add (and mix) in eggs and vanilla extract

Add in dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Add in the oats!

Then stir in the raisins too!

Chill cookie dough in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Using an ice cream scoop, scoop dough and roll into balls. Place them on baking sheets with a sheet of parchment paper on each.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes and DIG IN!
