  • Season or marinade your steak early in the day and then leave it open in the fridge. 
    - Coat all sides of the steak with your seasoning (2-3 tablespoons depending on the size and thickness of your steak). 
    - Be sure to get the side of the steak as well – a lot of people miss that part! Set on a baking rack so the air circulates all the way around (instead of a plate) in the refrigerator for at least an hour – but additional time is fine if you’re not in a hurry
    1 Rib Eye Steak, 1 tsp coarse sea salt, 1 tsp cracked black pepper, 2 tbsp Texas Roadhouse Steak Seasoning
  • Take steak out of refrigerator and have it get to room temperature – about 30-60 minutes.
  • Air fry at 375 degrees F for 5 minutes
  • Open air fryer basket and flip
  • Air fry for an additional 4-8 minutes depending on your taste.
    4 min - medium rare
    6 min - medium
    8 min - well
  • Take the steak out of the air fryer
  • Move the steak to a cutting board and tent with foil. Let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes.
  • Prepare your plates, slice against the grain and serve this big juicy steak full of amazing flavors to your family!
