Ham Casserole with Noodles

Ham Casserole with Noodles is literally one of my FAVORITE meals!! It's comfort food at it's finest. It's creamy, a little salty, a little crunchy - just perfect! Plus - it's super easy to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 cups farfalle pasta or egg noodles
  • 1 5 oz can chunk ham
  • 1 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup crispy fried onions

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray
  • In a large pasta pot, boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain pasta. 
    2.5 cups farfalle pasta
  • In the pot with the drained noodles, add chunks of ham, soup and milk and stir.
    If using canned ham, drain the ham and break up into chunks
    1 5 oz can chunk ham, 1 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup milk
  • Pour mixture into casserole dish
  • Top with crispy fried onions
    1/4 cup crispy fried onions
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes until the onions are a golden brown 
  • Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley
