Marinated Chicken Thighs in the air fryer are the perfect dinner! They are extremely juicy with that crispy skin - which holds in all that delicious flavor from the Italian marinade.

  • Trim and rinse chicken thighs and pat dry with paper towel. Place thighs in a plastic zipper bag or a large bowl 
    4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, 1 cup Olive Garden Italian Dressing
  • Add in Italian dressing and seal bag. Marinate over night in the refrigerator.
  • Remove chicken thighs from marinade and shake off excess. Place chicken thighs in a single layer in air fryer basket. 
    My air fryer easily fits four bone-in chicken thighs. If you have a smaller one but want to cook for - you can cook them in batches. 
  • Air fry at 380º skin side down for 5 min
  • Flip and air fry at 380º for 15 min. Test internal temperature with an instant read meat thermometer and it should read 165º. 
  • Remove chicken and let rest for 5 minutes.
