Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Jarlsberg cheese shredded
  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup red onion diced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 20 oz Simply Potatoes Hash Browns
  • 3 tbsp butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Grease 8×8” baking dish.
  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In a large bowl, mix 1.5 cups of cheese, soup, mayo, sour cream, onion, lemon juice, salt and black pepper
    2 cups Jarlsberg cheese, 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/3 cup red onion, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Add hash browns and melted butter. Mix well.
    20 oz Simply Potatoes Hash Browns, 3 tbsp butter
  • Transfer to prepared dish.
  • Bake 40 minutes until bubbly
  • Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
    2 cups Jarlsberg cheese
