Buffalo Ranch Dressing
This Buffalo Ranch Dressing is my new favorite dressing! It's got the zing of ranch and the zip of Buffalo. You can use this buffalo ranch as a salad dressing, dip for chicken tenders or fry sauce!
In a small mixing bowl, mix together mayo, sour cream, 2 tbsp ranch seasoning and 3 tbsp buffalo wing sauce
1/2 cup Duke's Mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix, 3 tbsp buffalo wing sauce
Whisk together
If you're using as a salad dressing, add milk 1-2 tbsp at a time and whisk to thin the dressing
2 tbsp milk
If you want a milder dressing, use 2 tbsp Buffalo. Spicier? use 4 tbsp
Place dressing in an air tight jar and store refrigerated for up to 2 weeks
Notes
What kind of Buffalo sauce can I use?Whatever you like – whether it be Frank’s Red Hot or a Buffalo Wing Sauce that is a little creamier. I used Kroger brand wing sauce – I like it better.
How do I store extra dressing?Air-tight in a jar/bottle in the refrigerator
How long will it last in refrigerator?Up to 2 weeks
How can I make it Spicier? Or more mild?Mild – use 2 tbsp Buffalo sauce, Medium – 3 tbsp, Spicy – 4 tbsp
Can I use pre-made Ranch Seasoning?Sure! Hidden Valley comes in a jar you can buy – I always have that around too and add it to dishes all the time.
Can I use pre-made Ranch Dressing?Sure! Just skip to the step where you just add in Buffalo Wing Sauce – 1 cup of ranch dressing with 3 tbsp Buffalo Wing Sauce – no milk needed.
How much seasoning mix does this make? This will make about 8 tablespoons of seasoning mix
How much dressing will this recipe make?2 tbsp of ranch seasoning makes 1 cup of dressing. So the seasoning mix will make 4 cups of ranch dressing. I recommend just making 1 cup at a time unless you have an event.
