  • Grease 8×8 inch baking dish. Preheat oven to 350.
  • In a large bowl, mix hash browns, leftover ham, 1.5 cups of shredded cheese, mayo, lemon juice, sour cream, diced onion, cream of chicken soup, salt & black pepper and melted butter. Stir to combine.
    20 oz hashbrowns, 2 cups diced ham, 2 cups Jarlsberg cheese, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup red onion, 3 tbsp butter, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Pour hashbrown mixture to the prepared dish.
  • Bake at 350º for 40 minutes or until bubbly
  • Open oven and top casserole with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and bake 5 more minutes for the cheese to melt.
  • Serve with side dish salad and enjoy!
