One Pot Cheesy Sausage Pasta
This is the cheesiest sausage one pot pasta you’ll ever try! It’s my favorite comfort food recipe and it’s quick and easy!

Ingredients

smoked sausage
sliced

onion
diced

mushrooms
sliced

minced garlic

chicken broth

10-14 oz
can of roasted or diced tomatoes
1/2
cup
milk
1/2
box
macaroni
2 cups dry

tsp
salt

cup
shredded cojack cheese
Instructions
Add olive oil to deep dish skillet on medium high heat
1 tbsp olive oil
Add onion, sausage and mushrooms and saute until onions and mushrooms soften
1 lb smoked sausage,
1/2 cup onion,
1 cup mushrooms
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute
1 tbsp minced garlic
Add chicken broth, tomatoes, milk, pasta and seasoning
2 cups chicken broth,
1 10-14 oz can of roasted or diced tomatoes,
1/2 cup milk,
1/2 box macaroni,
1 tsp salt
Bring the mixture to a boil, cover and turn heat to low
Simmer for 15 minutes until pasta is tender
Turn off heat and stir in 1/2 cup of cheese
1 cup shredded cojack cheese
Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top and cover for 5 minutes for cheese to melt
1 cup shredded cojack cheese
Notes
Feel free to add more veggies like peppers
