  • Set smoker to 275ºF 
  • Season whole pork loin on all sides with garlic powder and steak seasoning
  • Place seasoned pork loin on grill - fat side up - and close grill 
  • After 1.5 hours, check pork loin with instant read meat thermometer. When internal temperature is 140-145ºF, remove loin from grill. 
  • Wrap loin in foil and let rest for 30 minutes
  • Slice loin into 1.5" thick slices
