IIngredients: – 1 lb salmon – 3 egg whites – 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs – 2 tbsp Greek seasoning Tzatziki Sauce – 2/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt – 1/3 cup grated cucumber – 1 tsp minced garlic – 1/2 tsp salt – 1 tsp dill

assemble the sauce and set aside for later

Cut salmon into bite sized pieces

Dip salmon into egg whites, letting excess drip off. Coat salmon in panko & seasoning mixture and shake off extra.

Air fry at 350 for 6 minutes, flipping halfway through

Serve with yogurt sauce and dig in!
