BBQ Beef Filled Biscuits
I’ve been cooking up a storm. Today’s recipe – Barbecue Beef Biscuit Cups. I’m always looking for simple and easy recipes and this one completely fits the bill – it really doesn’t get much easier (and it’s on the table in less than 30 minutes!)
Ingredients
- 3/4 lb extra-lean ground beef
- 1 small bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 pkg (4 oz or 8-10) button mushrooms diced
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 can small refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1/3 cup Shredded cheese
Cooking Directions
- HEAT oven to 375ºF.
- BROWN meat with peppers and mushrooms in medium skillet. Remove from heat. Stir in barbecue sauce. Feel free to undercook a little as they’ll be in the oven soon.
- SEPARATE biscuits. Press 1 biscuit onto bottom and up side of each of 8 muffin cups.
- SPOON meat mixture into biscuit cups; press into cups with back of spoon. (Filling will be mounded.)
- BAKE 10 min. or until biscuits are lightly browned. Top with cheese; bake 3 to 4 min. or until melted.

ewwww! Now that I live in the South – this isn't BBQ… and no one in my house would eat this!!! ewwwww!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah – not really BBQ but for a quick dinner – it wasn't bad – like manwich without the bun.
Sometimes I'm fine with simple.
we cook in bbq competitions, and i am always looking for ways to use up leftovers!
