I finally found a way to make delicious Weight Watchers Brownies!!! I had done a couple trial runs that were NOT good – but now I found the winning combination! All it takes is sugar free brownie mix, diet soda and egg whites. The best part is that is 4 points per brownie across all plans – not bad for some ACTUAL CHOCOLATE!

I do pretty well on Weight Watchers during the day but every evening around 8pm – I get that hankering for CHOCOLATE! I’ve tried Hershey’s Kisses (1 pt each) and chips (figure I’ll go the opposite way and hit the salt train) but sometimes I just want sweet and I need more than one tiny bite. This hits the spot every time!

How do you make Weight Watchers Brownies with diet soda?
It’s so easy! There’s a lot of recipes out there – but this one actually tastes good! Mix together 1/2 cup of diet soda (I used Coke Zero), 3 egg whites (I used the boxed egg whites) and a box of sugar free brownie mix (I used Pillsbury).
I baked them in an 8×8 greased baking dish for 38 minutes. The edges were more set and cake-like – but the middle – oh the middle was EXTRA fudgy!
So all in all – deliciousness abounds! It’s a different texture than “brownies” but so much better than the other WW options I’ve tried! And using sugar-free brownie mix makes it 4 pts for each brownie (9 pieces). Yes!

Tell me about Weight Watchers and the Points
Weight Watchers is a great way to teach yourself portion control and lose weight. I’m down six pounds in just a few weeks! I like the flexibility that I can eat whatever I want as long as I stay within the points I’m provided each day. A brownie can be 12 points or more! I get 33 for the day so that is NOT happening! This Weight Watchers Brownie recipe is only 4 points (all plans)! Be sure to head over if you’re interested and learn more – they always have specials for new members.

I made this recipe yesterday and WOW. SO delicious! I just have a question. Is the 126 calories for one brownie or two? I saw the serving size is two, but that sounds too incredible to be true. I cut the pan into 9 pieces.
Thanks so much for the incredible recipe!
it’s 126 for 1 brownie and i’m glad you love them!
what happens if you dont use egg
No idea…
