Air Fryer BBQ Chicken Thighs are a new staple for me! I always love chicken thighs because they’re so juicy – and this is so simple. Add a little bbq sauce (sugar free if you’re on Weight Watchers like me) and 10 minutes later – you’re eating dinner!

The best part is the air fryer can cook the whole meal at once! I cut up a potato (so it would cook faster) and sliced carrots – and bam – the whole dinner – done! I have the basket-style air fryer – and a big one at that – so everything fits!

How do you make Air Fryer BBQ Chicken?

It couldn’t be simpler!!! Grab a bottle of your favorite bbq sauce and slather it on the boneless skinless chicken thighs. You can marinate the thighs in the sauce for a bit if you like – but I just coated it on thick. Air fry at 375 for 5 minutes. Open the air fryer, flip the chicken, add more sauce and air fry 5 min more.

If you are making potatoes and carrots with it – you’ll need to start the potatoes first. Cut into four pieces, the potatoes take about 20 minutes and the carrots take about 15 minutes.

I looked around and was able to find the G Hughes brand is sugar-free and really low on points – plus they have a bunch of varieties! That’s the main thing to look for in condiments – sugar free – but no worries – they taste yum!

I love that I found a bbq sauce that I can easily have on Weight Watchers. I actually got my first weight loss charm last week!!! They send them when you lose a certain number of pounds – today was just 5 but still psyched to get it! On WW, there are a lot of “free” foods which you can have as much of as you like – and this recipe is 0 on ALL PLANS! So eat up!!!
