What You Will ❤️ About Dominos Parmesan Bread Bites
- Easy to Make! These little nuggets of goodness are so easy to make! Cut the dough – brush and bake!
- Garlic/Cheese/Butter! How does it get any better than that?
- Reheat Well! I found they reheat very well in the microwave in just 20 seconds for 5-6 bites. Perfect snack!

Parmesan Bread Bite Ingredients
Domino’s Pizza uses their pizza dough to make these little bite-size breadsticks – and you can use pre-made pizza dough too! Here’s what you need:
- Pizza Dough – you can use frozen dough, “canned” dough or even make your own homemade pizza dough – I use frozen dough the most often
- Melted Butter – salted or unsalted butter is fine here – I prefer salted. You could use olive oil but it will change the flavor.
- Garlic Salt – any garlic salt will do – I like this Lawry’s one that also has parsley You could also add Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes for more flavor.
- Parmesan Cheese – normally I’m all about fresh grated and not the jarred kind but I’ll say – the jarred kind is milder and a better match to what you’ll get from Dominos. You can grate your own – but the flavor overpowers the bread a little.
- Dipping Sauce – make extra melted garlic butter or a side of marinara sauce or pizza sauce works! (They’re good on their own too!)

Recipe Variations
Mix it up with your parm bread bites and make them your own! Here are some ideas:
- Canned Biscuits – Don’t have pizza crust? Cut up buttermilk biscuits into 4 pieces!
- Pepperoni – Add pepperoni slices on top of the bread bites for a meaty treat!
- Cinnamon & Sugar – swap out the garlic salt for cinnamon & sugar. Mix with the butter and baste and you have dessert!
- Air Fry – these would be simple to make in the air fryer! Be sure to do in a single layer at 350ºF for 6-10 minutes.

How to Make Domino’s Parmesan Bites
These Parmesan Bread Bites are so easy to make and are the perfect appetizer! Here’s how to get cooking:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheet lightly with non-stick spray. Set your pizza dough out so it can come to room temperature and be more pliable.
- Pull on dough to make it a log instead of a ball. Cut log in half. Pull and roll each half until you have dough that is about 1-2″ in diameter.
- Using a pizza cutter or kitchen shears, cut into bite-sized pieces about 1.5″x1.5″. Spread dough bites evenly on baking sheet.
- Mix together melted butter and garlic salt. Using a pastry brush, slather the butter mixture over all dough bites. Sprinkle 1 tbsp parmesan cheese over bites.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Check oven if bites are too close together or too long – remove from oven and spread out and/or cut in half.
- Place back in oven and bake 5 min more until lightly golden brown.
- Brush remaining butter mixture liberally over the bread bites. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Serve with marinara or pizza sauce.
