What You Will ❤️ About Crispy Brussels Sprouts
- Sweet Sauce – the flavor of this sauce is my favorite part! Sweet, salty and rich! So good!
- Crispy Sprouts – the texture combo of the crispy leaves with the tender, meaty centers of the Brussels sprouts are so yum! It’s why Brussels Sprouts are one of my favorite vegetables!
- Perfect Copycat – You will think you’re at Red Lobster with every bite! This tastes exactly like my favorite side dish on their menu!

Ingredients for Red Lobster Brussels Sprouts recipe
Brussels sprouts are delicious on their own so you don’t need too much to make them taste this amazing! Most ingredients are also pantry staples!
- Brussel Sprouts
- 1 lb fresh Brussels Sprouts
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/3 cup Crispy Onion Strips
- Sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce – feel free to use low sodium soy sauce if you like
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1.5 tsp ground ginger or ginger paste – you can also use fresh ginger and grate it if you like. I love the ginger paste since it’s got more flavor than the powder but I keeps longer than the fresh.

Recipe Substitutions & Variations
I love this copycat recipe as it is – but you can make a couple of tweaks to make it spicier or meatier!
- Sweetener – you can play with the sweetener – swapping the honey and sugar with a combo of maple syrup and/or brown sugar!
- Bacon – Add diced bacon to the sheet pan for the last 10 minutes
- Green Beans – this would be great if you swapped out the sprouts for green beans or broccoli as well!
- Spicy – add red pepper flakes or sriracha to the glaze for a spicy kick!

I was skeptical at first the sauce did not taste well on its own so I only used a drizzling over the brussle sprouts and fried onions and saved the rest this came out amazing highly recommend
I recently went to Red Lobster and had their Brussels sprouts and loved them. On a whim, I looked to see if there was a recipe online about them, and I happened upon this recipe. Now, I am not a usual lover of Brussels sprouts; in fact, until Red Lobster, I rarely ate them. So, I tried this recipe, and I have to say this is the most fantastic recipe! It is so good, I have them as a late night snack! They even taste good without the dry onions and parmesan. However, when the onions and parmesan are added upon serving, it makes the recipe divine! Kudos for coming up with this and know that I tell everyone I know about it!
so glad you liked it!
I really miss the Red Lobster Crispy Brussel Sprouts. I came across ypur copy cat recipe and thought I might try it. However, as I was reading through the instructions I couldn’t help but notice the temperature. You indicated 400 degree. Should it be in Fahrenheit or Celsius?

I am obsessed with Red Lobsters Brussel Sprouts and I don’t even like brussel sprouts, lol. I am going to give your recipe a try for our Easter dinner. These sound wonderful. Thank you for sharing. I’m in a debate with myself on substituting the sugar with maple syrup and brown sugar. Or follow your recipe as is. My mouth is watering….
well the recipe has honey not sugar and yes – you could use maple syrup and/or brown sugar instead.
