Food Hussy Recipe: Pineapple Mango Salsa + Green Bean Delivery DISCOUNT!

Here's the stash of my bin - I got a good mix of fruits & veggies. You can also add dry goods, dairy, meat, baked goods, frozen foods, drinks and more.

They pack it all really well and set it on your front porch. There are ice packs inside and everything is individually wrapped that needs to be and it lasts fine until you get home from work.

I've been exploring the world of mangos lately and wanted to try a pineapple mango salsa to go with a pork loin I had thawed out. This bin had everything I needed!

Six simple ingredients and you're good to go! Half a pineapple, 1-2 mangos, 1/3 red onion, a couple of tablespoons of cilantro and the juice from 1 lemon and 1 lime. (You can also throw in peppers, orange juice, etc - whatever you want.)

Once it's all in the bowl - you just stir and refrigerate for a couple of hours and it's ready to go!

I had to try a bite with chips to make sure it was good - then I tossed in a little salt and shook it up.

The best part of this is that since you have the lemon & lime juice - the fruit stays good much longer! I popped it in the fridge and it's been great! It's very juicy and a refreshing fruity change from a regular tomato salsa.

After baking my pork loin - I covered the slices of pork with this delightful salsa and - to be honest - the salsa was even better than the pork! But the sweetness of the mango pairs very well with the pork - it was delicious!

Pineapple Mango Salsa

2 mangos, diced
1/2 pineapple, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1 lemon, juiced
1 lime, juiced
sprinkle of salt

Mix all ingredients together, stir and refrigerate.
