Sheet Pan Meal’s have become a weekly meal because of how easy and versatile they are! Pick a protein, pick a carb, pick some veggies – throw the same seasoning on all of it and YOU’RE DONE!

    • Swaps: Garlic & Herbs (garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning), Mediterranean (garlic, oregano, cumin), Lemon Parmesan (fresh lemon juice, garlic, Parmesan cheese), Mexican (chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, lime juice and cilantro)

How to Make Chicken Apple Sausage Sheet Pan Dinner

This easy weeknight dinner is all about the prep – so get the cutting board out and your best knife (I like this Santoku knife – it’s shorter than a chef’s knife so you have more control).

  1. CHOP carrots and potatoes first into a small pieces (1/2”). Add to prepared sheet pan (by prepared I mean put on a sheet of parchment paper) and drizzle veggies with olive oil, salt & black pepper.
  2. ROAST in 400º oven for 10 minutes.
  3. CHOP sausages, peppers, broccoli and onion. Broccoli and onion can be slightly larger because they cook more quickly. Place in a large mixing bowl.
  4. COMBINE ingredients needed for Maple Dijon sauce in a small bowl
  5. REMOVE pan from oven and add carrots and potatoes to large bowl with all vegetables and sausage. Add sauce, salt and pepper to large bowl and toss so everything is coated. Pour mixture onto the sheet pan into an even layer.
  6. BAKE for 25 minutes or until potatoes and carrots are fork tender

Tips Tricks & FAQs

Store leftovers in an airtight container – I love these glass storage containers – they clean up so nicely! Keep in refrigerator for up to 5 days.

You want to maintain the crispiness – so I would recommend air fryer (start with 300º for 6 min), skillet (with a spritz of olive oil) or bake in the oven. You can microwave but it will be soft.

Sure! Honey mustard or bbq sauce would both work with these savory flavors.

Sure! Be sure to either use baby potatoes or dice larger potatoes into small pieces.
