Domino’s Pepperoni Stuffed Cheesy Bread Ingredients
Domino’s Pizza recently added Pepperoni Cheesy Bread to their lineup of stuffed cheesy bread menu items that already include cheese, Spinach & Feta and Bacon & Jalapeno! Here’s what you’ll need to make these savory snack!
- Pizza dough – I buy a frozen bag of dough at the grocery store – so much better than the pop-open canned variety
- Melted butter
- Cornmeal
- Pepperoni – I used a whole 3 oz package on this cheesy bread
- Cheese – Domino’s mix of cheese is real mozzarella & cheddar cheese and that’s what I used here
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese – fresh tastes so much better!!!
- Garlic salt with parsley – this is my favorite brand – I literally use it every day!
- Onion powder

Recipe Variations
Every pizza lover will love this delicious & perfect snack – but feel free to make a cheesy bread variation for your crew:
- Veggie – swap the pepperoni for mushrooms, spinach and broccoli
- Meaty – add lightly cooked sausage and bacon
- Spinach & Feta – swap the pepperoni for fresh spinach and crumbled feta
- Taco – swap the pepperoni for taco meat and add a blend of cheese, tomatoes and jalapeno

How to make Pepperoni Stuffed Cheesy Bread
This copycat recipe of the newest menu item at Dominos turns your favorite pizza into a handheld snack! Inside is full of pepperoni, a mix of mozzarella and cheddar – then the top has a cheesy garlic parmesan seasoning. Here’s how to make it:
- Preheat the oven to 350º and line with parchment sheet.
- Roll dough on a flat work surface into a large rectangle. Brush lightly with 1 tbsp melted butter and sprinkle with cornmeal. Flip dough over and place on parchment butter side is down.
- Lightly brush with 1 tbsp butter. Cover half dough with pepperoni, all but 2 tbsp of mozzarella cheese and all of Cheddar cheese on top. Fold dough in half and press edges together with your fingers to seal.
- Brush remaining butter over dough and sprinkle with garlic salt and onion powder. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and remaining mozzarella and Cheddar cheese.
- Make shallow cuts every inch across the top and bottom with a knife so you can easily pull the bread apart after baking. You don’t need to cut all the way thru.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Raise temp to 375 for 5 more minutes. Remove from oven and Let cool for 5 minutes before pulling strips apart.

Tips, Tricks & FAQs
Store leftovers in an airtight container (I like these glass ones) or in aluminum foil in the refrigerator for up to a week. Reheat in the air fryer for 4-5 minutes.
Loosely wrap the cheesy bread in foil to prevent over browning. Air fry at 275º for 4-5 minutes. You can also add fresh mozzarella cheese to the top if you want to refresh the melty texture.

My 9 year old son requested homemade domino’s pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread for dinner tonight. Luckily I found your recipe! I couldn’t find frozen pizza dough at the store, but I had time to make homemade today. He absolutely loved it, and he is my picky one. Thank you!
