Longhorn Steakhouse Broccoli is the perfect side dish for nearly any meal! This copycat recipe will make you think you’re in the booth! Of course melted butter is a great way to make every vegetable taste better!

What You Will ❤️ About Longhorn Broccoli Recipe
- Buttery Goodness – Restaurant broccoli tastes better! Why? BUTTER!
- Quick Side Dish – this is on the table in 10 minutes!
- Steakhouse at Home – You can bring the steakhouse to your kitchen and everybody will gobble up their broccoli!

Longhorn Steakhouse Broccoli Ingredients
It’s actually super simple to make broccoli like your favorite steakhouse – just three ingredients! You might need to make a double batch – it’s that good! Here’s what you need:
- Broccoli – I like using the pre-cut florets for time savings but I still trim the stem. I like my pieces fairly small rather than huge tree trunks of broccoli! 😂
- Butter – melted butter is your friend when it comes to steamed broccoli – that’s why restaurant broccoli always tastes so good! (you can use salted or unsalted butter – whatever you have on hand)
- Seasoning Salt – I like to mix this in with the melted butter – so good! You can also use your favorite seasoning mix – lemon pepper would be great as well!

Recipe Variations
This recipe mimics the restaurant version but you can mix it up as well! I made mine in the microwave but you can also do it on the stove! Here are some ideas:
- Stove Top – you can do this on the stove as well – put an inch of water in a pot (2-3 cups of water) and add the steamer basket with the broccoli. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, reduce heat and cover with lid and let broccoli steam for 5-7 minutes.
- Garlic Parmesan – Add minced garlic and Parmesan cheese to the melted butter for a garlic parmesan broccoli
- Cheese – whether you just add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese or you make your own cheese sauce – cheese always makes it better!
- Lemon – if you’re a big fan of lemon flavor, add lemon zest and Lemon juice to the melted butter for a lemon butter sauce
