Starbucks Egg White Wraps

🔍 COPYCAT SECRETS UNCOVERED!

Starbucks doesn’t really say what the “whole wheat wrap” is exactly but one bite and I knew it was Lavash Bread! Lavash bread is a thin flatbread mainly used in Armenian/Turkish cooking. It’s softer than a tortilla and is a perfect holder for this wrap!

Ingredients for Starbucks Spinach Feta Egg White Wraps

These ingredients are easy to find and most are good for you! Load up on that spinach! And these wraps are just as good as the Starbucks Egg White Bites! Or you can make ahead and reheat on those busy mornings.

  • Egg Whites – I’m not a fan of waste so I buy the carton of egg whites – you could use whole eggs instead of liquid egg whites as well if you like.
  • Spinach Leaves – big handfuls! It sautees down to NOTHING – so don’t skimp! Fill the skillet!
  • Feta Cheese – this adds a nice bite and salty texture and melts just the slightest bit. You could swap with goat cheese for a meltier texture.
  • Sun Dried Tomatoes – these are essential! Be sure to use the ones with oil and chop them finely for the best bite texture. These little guys can be tough in big pieces.
  • Cream Cheese – I used the spreadable cream cheese but softened is fine as well.
  • Whole Wheat Lavash Wraps – these are soft and foldable – you could also use a whole wheat tortilla if you would rather.
  • Seasonings – salt, pepper, garlic powder – if you want to add a kick – sprinkle in red pepper flakes
how to make Starbucks Egg White Wraps

Make it Quicker & Easier

These copycat Starbucks spinach feta wraps are an easy breakfast wrap recipe – but they do have a few steps. I like to bake the eggs so I have time to make the other components without having to babysit the eggs. It’s all about EASY!

  1. Bake your eggs – I like to bake the eggs because it gives me time to get the spinach sauteed and the cream cheese mixed together.
  2. Mix cream cheese with chopped sun dried tomatoes. I used my mini food processor so I didn’t have to chop them. But I had to chop some later…haha
  3. Saute Spinach – spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray (less calories) and fill it with spinach. Use more than you think you’ll need!
  4. Stir together spinach, feta cheese and more sun dried tomatoes.
  5. Lay out lavash bread for your wrap. I don’t like all the bread so I trimmed mine to more of a square.
  6. Layer on cream cheese spread, spinach mixture and your baked egg whites. Fold bottom of wrap up over filling and roll tightly.
  7. Reheat frying pan and spray with non-stick spray. Lay in wraps seam side down and heat for 1 minute on each side until sealed and lavash bread is golden brown.

Reheating your Leftover Egg White Wraps

How do you store and reheat leftover egg white wraps

These reheat great – so its great for meal prep! Store leftovers in an airtight container (I like these glass storage ones) in the refrigerator for up to a week. Or wrap in parchment and place in zipper bag in the fridge. You can freeze up to three months. Reheat in the air fryer at 250º for 5-7 minutes.
