Pork Bites in the Air Fryer Recipe Variations
You can change up these pork chop bites in a bunch of ways – here are a few of my favorites:
- Ranch – My good friend Plain Chicken makes pork bites and – of course – ranches them up! Always a great choice! She made hers with pork tenderloin – so yum!
- BBQ Sauce – skip the seasoning mix and toss your bites in your favorite barbecue sauce!
- Italian – marinate in Italian dressing for an hour and then finish with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
- Veggies – slice up onions and peppers and throw them in the seasoning mix too and right in the air fryer – they’ll all be done at the same time!

Tips, Tricks & FAQs
Yes! In the oven, roast them at 350º for about 20 minutes. On the stove top, saute for 3-4 minutes per side.
You’re likely overcooking them. Also – the rib chops that have a little more fat on them – are always more juicy than the boneless chops.
It is a fairly low carb recipe with only 5 grams per serving and that’s mainly from the brown sugar. Feel free to swap that out with a lower carb option if you’d like.
Store leftovers in an airtight container (I like these glass storage ones) in the refrigerator for up to a week. Reheat in the air fryer at 300º for 4 minutes or microwave for 1-2 minutes.
