Air Fryer Potato Wedges are a new favorite in our house! They are so quick to make and super crispy and on the table in twenty minutes with just a dash of olive oil!

Cooking potato wedges in the air fryer is easy as well – I jazzed mine up with some of my famous Taco Johns Potato Ole Seasoning! They reheat great as well and are a perfect side for any meal!

How to make air fryer potato wedges?
You can’t get much easier than this recipe! First, you grab some russet potatoes and cut them into wedges. Second, halve the potato lengthwise and then cut into four triangles on each half. Then, toss them in olive oil and salt (and my seasoning). Last step – is putting them into the air fryer at 400 for 10 minutes – flip and 10 minutes more.
I bought a four-pack of russets and have made these air fried potato wedges three times this week already! The dogs have now anticipated that they get at least one fry each time I make them – so they’ve helped with dinner every night. 🙂

How to reheat air fryer potato wedges?
The first time I made these potato wedges in the hot air fryer – I made too many and had leftovers. To reheat these potato wedges – put them back in the air fryer, spritz with olive oil and cook them at 400 for 5-7 minutes.
You can always jazz up your potato wedges with ranch dressing, cojack cheese and bacon to make Bacon Cheese Steak Fries! Or just go simple with ketchup!
