What You Will ❤️ About Air Fryer Corn Ribs
- Easy! This corn ribs recipe has a quick seasoning and you’re ready to go! They cook in just 10 minutes!
- Flavor Burst! The seasoning combined with the fresh sweetness of the corn makes for a burst of flavor in every bite.
- Sweet & Savory – I love summer sweet corn! As an Iowan, sweet corn is basically its own food group. I layered on BBQ seasonings which were a great pairing of sweet & savory.

This recipe was made using the Paula Deen Air Fryer.

How to make Corn Ribs in the Air Fryer
The most difficult & time consuming part of the process to air fry corn ribs is cutting the corn into quarters! You need a VERY SHARP KNIFE, a good cutting board and a steady hand. Let’s get to it!
- Take the husks off the corn and chop off the ends of each ear of corn to make a flat end. Carefully, using a very sharp knife, cut the cobs into quarters, slice vertically.
- Mix together the olive oil, paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Brush on the corn ribs.
- Place them in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10 minutes on 380° F, flipping halfway through the cook time.
- Whisk mayonnaise and bbq sauce together in a bowl.
- When the ribs are ready, serve them with the dipping sauce
- OPTIONAL: Melt 2-3 tbsp of butter and pour over the corn ribs for extra savory goodness! Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.

Tips, Tricks & FAQs
No! You eat this just like regular corn on the cob – corn kernels only. Don’t try and eat the corn cobs – you’ll break a tooth.
Well – technically sure – but cutting the frozen corn will be even more difficult and the taste isn’t as sweet.
Store leftovers in an airtight container (I like these glass storage ones) in the fridge for up to a week. Reheat in the air fryer at 250º for 4 minutes.
If you use an alternate dipping sauce and don’t add the butter at the end – then yes – vegan it is!
