Cheesy Hawaiian Garlic Bread Ingredients
How do you make the best dinner rolls better?! Add garlic and cheese! The ingredients couldn’t be easier and you’ll have the best cheesy garlic bread rolls you’ll ever have! Here’s what you need:
- Hawaiian slider rolls – you could also use regular brown & serve rolls as well
- Mozzarella cheese – grate your own cheese – it melts much better!
- Butter – Everything is better with butter – I like salted in savory recipes
- Garlic salt – I like the Lawry’s coarse ground garlic salt with parsley myself
- Italian seasoning – you could also swap with basil & oregano if you don’t have the blend
- Minced Garlic – I like to use fresh but Jarlic works fine too!
- Parmesan cheese – we’re just using a little bit so the pre-grated is fine

Recipe Variations
These garlic cheese buns are good on their own – but you can add ingredients to make them your own:
- Pepperoni – stuff pepperoni slices into the crevices and make it pull-apart pizza!
- Sauteed veggies – lightly saute peppers, onions, mushrooms & stuff the bread with them
- Greek – remove the mozzarella and make garlic bread – then when you take it out – stuff with Greek olives and feta cheese crumbles
- Taco – stuff in taco meat, Mexican cheese and salsa before you bake
- Ham – slip in thin slices of ham for a ham & cheese slider dinner!

- In a small bowl, melt butter and mix in garlic salt, Italian seasoning, garlic and Parmesan.
- Using a pastry brush or a spoon, spread butter mixture over top of the rolls.
- Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the rolls begin to turn golden brown. Then turn oven to LOW broil for 2 minutes.
- Remove baking pan from oven and serve with a side of marinara for dipping.

Tips, Tricks & FAQs
Store leftovers in an airtight container (I like these glass ones) in the refrigerator. You can also place in a ziplock bag or wrap in aluminum foil for up to a week. Reheat in the air fryer (wrapped in foil but opened up) at 250º for 5-6 minutes.
Sure – but I would only do 1/2 tsp.
